Since 2005, we have seen prices decline by as much as 70% in some case in this area. It is always difficult to buy in a down market as the feeling is that the decline will continue and that you will then lose money, however declines do come to an end and i believe that we are now in a bottoming out process in 2008. Buying and looking has definitely picked up from 2007 levels. We have also seen major changes in the dollar currency valuations vs the Euro and other currencies and in particular the U.K., Europe, Canada, and China could strongly benefit by looking at property in our area today. Sooner or later this will begin to occurr as the value is certainly there.
